Can you open up my kitchen to the living or dining room?
Yes, and in older KC homes it is one of the first things people ask about. We do the demo, put in whatever structural header the wall needs, then finish the ceiling, floor, and trim so it looks like the house was always that way, not like a wall got knocked out on a weekend.
Will I be without a kitchen the whole time?
You lose the kitchen during demo, rough-in, and cabinet install, which is usually 3 to 5 weeks of the job. We sequence things to keep that window short and help you rig up a temporary setup, a microwave and coffee station somewhere else, so daily life does not fully grind to a halt.
Do you design the kitchen or do I need a separate designer?
We walk you through layout, cabinets, counters, tile, and finishes in-house, so a separate designer is not required. If your project is unusually complex or you are chasing a very specific look, we can bring one in. Most people find our process gives them plenty to decide with.
