Kansas City
Bathroom Remodel
January 2026
The original bathroom felt closed off and visually heavy, with limited natural light and finishes that no longer reflected the homeowner’s style. The space needed to feel larger, brighter, and more refined while maintaining a practical layout that could handle daily use.
Client Feedback
— Olivia Turner, Homeowner
The remodel centered around clean lines and light-reflective materials. Large-format marble-style tile was used throughout the shower and tub surround to create visual continuity and reduce grout lines. A frameless glass shower enclosure keeps the space open, while matte black fixtures add contrast and a modern edge.
A soaking tub beneath a glass block window brings in natural light while maintaining privacy, reinforcing the spa-like feel of the room. Soft green wall tones and minimal hardware complete the balanced, calming aesthetic.
The finished bathroom feels open, modern, and intentionally designed. By combining durable materials with thoughtful layout choices, this remodel delivers both visual impact and long-term functionality. It’s a strong example of how a well-executed bathroom remodel can elevate comfort and value in a Kansas City–area home.
